This practice offers a wide range of Chronic Disease Management Clinics such as Diabetes, Coronary Heart Disease, Asthma and Hypertension. You will be invited to attend the surgery to be seen by one of our Practice Nurses who are both fully qualified in Chronic Disease Management. We also offer Smoking Cessation, Rheumatology Monitoring, Weight Monitoring, Family Planning Advice and over 75 years NHS Health Checks.
Antenatal
An antenatal clinic is held all day Friday. We have a midwife and midwife assistant in attendance; they care for all pregnant women and newborn babies.
Baby Clinic, Postnatal & Baby Immunisations
A clinic is held on a Tuesday lunchtime between 1.30pm-3.30pm with the GP and Practice Nurse. The GP will perform routine baby checks/assessments and following this, they will also carry out mum's postnatal check. If GP is happy that baby is well enough to be vaccinated, then the nurse will give baby their first immunisations. The surgery will contact you to make the booking.
Physiotherapy
A Physiotherapy clinic is held on a Wednesday morning for patients registered with us. This service is provided by Wolverhampton North Network. A referral from a GP is required for this service.
